Rosevia Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at Rosevia Resort, and we couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful experience. The staff made us feel so welcome and took care of every detail with warmth and professionalism. Everywhere you look, there's a sense of tranquility and connection to nature. Our room was the perfect size and well equipped. The food both buffet style and the Natura restaurant burst with flavor and freshness, and the staff (Olivia, Eva, McKayla, Bartosh, and management just to name a few) were so attentive, kind, and helpful! Despite some very busy days they made sure we had everything we needed :) We had facials, several massages, manicures and pedicures at the spa. Klaudia was fantastic, and accommodated my every request with ease. Sauna use was always easy for us and both traditional + infrared options are available. Beach was beautiful, and the umbrellas + chair service was the cherry on top! Even when the seasons for jellyfish on shore is here you can still have a coffee and enjoy tanning. There is a concrete path along the forest line you can use for sunset walks or morning runs. Rosevia is truly a hidden gem, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for the beautiful memories we made there. If you’re looking for a place that offers erenity, this is it! We had a very nice stay! The food in the main restaurant was especially delicious as well as varied and the staff everywhere is truly accommodating! It was our second visit and hopefully not the last! The venue offers a variety of attractions for children and the animators gave the kids a great time, every day is headlined with a new motto.

We got sold a high end resort with a private white sandy beach! Paying over 1100zl per night we where very disappointed when we checked in, the apartment was average at best, the bedroom was tiny, bed was small and uncomfortable, sofa bed for our son was very uncomfortable and old, a lot of corners have been cut to make the most money, not to suite the guests or deliver a premiums stay. The spa was very disappointing to, only two saunas, no steam room or cold bath / shower, again being sold premium, got below average. As for the private beach… it is not maintained, very narrow and full of rocks, it is also beside a giant concrete border that totally destroyed the view. Overall the amenities are great, pools are great for kids, playground is also well equipped. Restaurant food is superior to anything around, you will not be disappointed. I just wish they would sell what you get, a nice resort, close to a main road (quite noisy) with small rooms that are well designed it not functional. Everything looks good on picture but do not represent the reality.
