Rosewood Abu Dhabi

I had a wonderful stay at the Rosewood Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurants. A special thank you to SUDARSHAN, who came to my rescue when I had a small issue in my room. She handled everything quickly and with great care. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out thank you again! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

I checked in today, 30 July, and was assigned Room No. 915. Upon settling in, I discovered a small empty bottle left behind in the washroom drawer. This clearly hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival. Cleanliness is an essential part of hospitality, and I believe every room should be thoroughly inspected and cleaned before a guest checks in. I hope the hotel pays closer attention to such details to uphold its standards of service and guest comfort.
