I had an amazing stay at Rosewood Bangkok. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, close to shopping and great restaurants. My room was spacious, had incredible city views, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was fantastic, really friendly and always ready to help. The food was great too, especially the breakfast with tons of tasty options. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, with stunning views of the city. All in all, it’s a perfect spot for a luxury stay in Bangkok. Excellent service, great food, and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend it!

I stayed here at the end of February, excited to return after my first visit in 2024, which had been impeccable. Unfortunately, a few glitches during this stay left me somewhat disappointed. They were relatively minor, but stood out in contrast to my flawless first experience. That said, I’d still consider returning because of the hotel’s excellent location and accessibility—I just hope for a better experience next time. First, I had reserved a king bed but was given a room with twin beds instead. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, so I didn’t raise it with reception, but it did suggest a lack of attention to detail on the hotel’s part. Second, the mosquitoes were a real issue. I couldn’t sleep at all the first night because I kept getting bitten. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded quickly—even late at night—after I messaged them via WhatsApp. They promptly brought repellents to my room, and Emily also kindly offered to move me to another room. I also noticed mosquitoes in the elevators. I strongly recommend the hotel provide repellents as a standard amenity in every room. As for our meal at Lakorn, the food and afternoon tea were excellent, as always. However, the atmosphere felt awkward and overly tense due to the presence of the former Prime Minister, who was holding multiple meetings throughout the venue and walking through the hall where we were seated. Several guests were standing nearby, some of them staring directly at us while we ate. I imagine the hotel was aware of the large gathering, so I was surprised the staff didn’t take it into account when assigning us a table in the middle of the restaurant.
