Pardon the horrible pictures this was one night before checking out. We booked a two bedroom suite it’s a combination of a suite and a greater bedroom, forgot the actual names of the room combi. Rosewood is truly a class above most, though there is still catching up to do in terms of hospitality comparing to their sister Rosewood Hong Kong but Rosewood Beijing was truly an amazing stay. Rooms were clean and huge. Turn down service was excellent. The club was great, you have to book with club access you will not regret. Breakfast selection at the bistro was good if you do not wish to eat the club which I highly recommend eating at the bistro. Staff were attentive and polite in the whole establishment. I have nothing noteworthy that is bad to point out, and their business seems buzzing with lots of people checking in and out. Love the location for being so central I have really run out of words to say. Thank you for treating my family so well.
Another great Rosewood stay. Highlights include Manor Club experience, with a variety of Chinese and Western options. Amazing gelato bar near reception. Kids loved the pool and wide selection of in-room movies. Free laundry for our kids was also really appreciated. Highly recommend.
This rosewood has a very beautiful pool and spa, well maintained and great massage/facial. Although I must be honest, the attention to detail in the hotel overall is lacking. We stayed for the last 3 nights here. Staff is nice but not well trained. It’s the little things, but then again it IS the little things that make or break a hotel. The Italian restaurant was a huge letdown - serving bad bouillabaisse as cioppino… Nonetheless, the room itself is very nice, but overlooking an old shaggy condo 🥲 not for nothing, you’d think they would assign a better view for a suite. The st Regis costs 1/3 of what we paid, sure it’s a dated hotel, but the service deserves a chef’s kiss, and we only had lunch there. We’ll definitely check it out next time.
