Rosewood Bermuda

This resort was top notch. Very clean and maintained, despite what I'd read some on some other reviews. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. It's a beautiful resort in a beautiful place. Definitely will return.

Our stay just began today but I’m already blown away by the service I wanted to rave about it! We came here to celebrate our son’s birthday and they had a surprise cake set up for him in our room. The views and the private beach are spectacular beyond words 😍 the food is delicious. The service by the workers is so wonderful and helpful. If you’re coming to Bermuda, do not stay anywhere else! This is the place to be! We will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at the property , July 4th – July 11, was far below the standards I have come to expect from Rosewood Hotels which was the reason we attempted to try Bermuda Key Issues: Service Quality: The service was consistently subpar, with staff appearing untrained, rude and unresponsive to guest needs. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was unacceptable, with visible dirt and lack of proper maintenance. Mold; Was evident throughout the property which was a real concern Amenities: Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly, significantly impacting the overall experience. The Air Condition was out of service for 24 hours , along with no hot water, One of the restaurant was closed during our entire stay Rooms; Where dated and required full renovation. We were promised ocean views, our first room overlooked the car port, our second room overlooked a roof top. The bed was broken . Gardeners commence their work at 6 am each morning Communication: There was a lack of clear communication from the management regarding these issues and attempts to resolve them were met with indifference. Given Rosewood's reputation for excellence, these issues are particularly disappointing and have tarnished my perception of the brand. I believe immediate action is necessary to address these concerns and ensure that Rosewood Bermuda meets the high standards associated with your esteemed group.
