Big thanks to the lovely housekeeping lady on the 84th floor — super responsible and thoughtful, she even remembered what fruits I liked! That personal touch meant a lot. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff at the breakfast area were always friendly. Front desk service was also excellent — professional and helpful throughout my stay. A few suggestions: • Bathroom sealant is getting old — hope it can be replaced. • Would love to see some low-GI noodle options at breakfast. • The room’s ventilation fan made a constant noise, even when turned off — might need a check. • Most staff were fantastic, though a couple could use more training. Great location, highest hotel I’ve ever been to. Room has spectacular views of the sky city, spacious and clean. Service is okay, looks like some of the employees are newly hired and lack of experience. But overall the room and location are excellent.
