Hotel management really value guest feedback and take action. Very friendly international team with great sense of hospitality. Lovely bar with amazing cocktails and live performances. Location is extremely convenient. Heritage building with lots of art pieces. I extended my stay and definitely will come back with friends and family.

How can I sum up such a wonderful stay in just a few lines… I had the pleasure of spending three nights with a childhood friend in this exceptional hotel, where we were welcomed like royalty by the receptionists and concierges, always available to answer our questions with precision and professionalism. Let’s start with the room, which was spotlessly clean. Every day, we were impressed by the housekeeping service, which made our room look as if we had just checked in for the very first time. We then discovered the Cuvilliés restaurant. The cuisine was outstanding, perfectly balancing simplicity and refined technique. We enjoyed high-quality Bavarian specialties, with a special mention for the oysters and the roast beef on the evening menu—both were absolutely delicious. The service was equally remarkable: attentive, delicate, and very friendly. A big thank you to Gaspard for his expert recommendations and excellent wine pairings! Breakfast, also served at Cuvilliés, was a true delight. Every product was exceptionally fresh, from the avocados and salmon to the eggs and especially the freshly pressed juices, which were simply perfect. At the bar, the team of bartenders exceeded our expectations: friendly, humorous, down-to-earth, and incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. The spirits list is impressive, and as French guests, we were delighted to find Chartreuse on the menu! Both the classic and signature cocktails were excellent, with a special shoutout to the Peach and Smoked, which was my friend’s favorite. The pool is superb—a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat. We didn’t have the chance to experience the spa, but every interaction we had with its staff was warm and welcoming. Finally, I would like to thank the entire team for making this stay unforgettable. We are leaving with stars in our eyes and already can’t wait to return.

The hotel is perfect in each detail. Location is wonderful in a prime area of the city. Every service provided by the hotel is excellent! Absolutely everything in the room is of high quality! The spa pool could be warmer. I had a problem at check-out and was charged twice for my stay. The finance department (especially Anggelia) worked efficiently and excellently to get the overcharge reversed.
