Rosewood San Miguel De Allende

My daughter and I had the most wonderful week staying at this hotel. Everything about it is so beautiful. We had a lovely one bedroom two bed suite which was located on the ground level. It was the most beautiful place I have stayed and the suite was very spacious and so attractive. The private patio outside the suite was so large and overlooked the beautiful garden grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in our suite. The restaurants were all very delicious and the breakfasts were amazing. The pool area was also lovely, extremely comfortable pool loungers and never had to worry about getting a chair. Last of all, I cannot say more about the staff. Every one of them was such a delight.......always so helpful and extremely pleasant. We had so many wonderful conversations with them. The staff alone made our trip so special!!!!!

I had high expectations for this property and it somehow exceeded them. The team was so knowledgeable and friendly. Guadalupe (Spa) and Marisol (Housekeeping) were especially lovely! On the way to our next destination, we realized we forgot our passports. Within a few hours, the Rosewood team had coordinated a courier to deliver them to us that very same day which saved the trip.

Overall a good experience. We stayed in one of the 5 bedroom villas which was beautiful and provided plenty of space for the family. The concierge assigned to us, Alina Pedroza was excellent. She was quick to respond and helped us with a couple of unfortunate medical conditions. The spa was excellent. Well maintained and staffed. We had brunch at the 1826 restaurant and it was very good. The service there was excellent on the couple of occasions we dined there. Luna at the rooftop has a great view and vibe. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They are short staffed. I also recommend you ask them to serve any drinks from the bottle at the table to assure you get what you ordered. I found our waiter to be fast and loose with that.
