Rossio Boutique Hotel

The hotel is located right in the city center, just a few meters from the metro station. It's on a small street lined with souvenir shops and very close to Rossio Square and Figueira Square. The rooms are well soundproofed. They're standard in size but still offer plenty of space. Cleanliness is good. Friendly staff.

Had 17 Euros taken off the desk, and then asked the receptionist, where the maid then said she thought it was a tip, claiming I left it on my pillow and it was only 14 euros, clearly both where false. The money wasn’t 14 euros or left on my pillow, they asked me if I wanted it back, which I proceeded to say no, not wanting my belonging to be taken out of spite, the location is not very good. African Migrants of atleast 50 chilling outside, selling drugs and stolen items, encountered multiple full suitcases being taken and sold to them, where they would then proceed to sell the belongings on the street to others. The hotel is nice and rooms are clean, just sketched out by the service, receptionist wasn’t the nicest.

It’s a 2-star hotel maximum. Our stay wasn’t comfortable. The hotel needs renovation. The room wasn’t very clean. Some staff (the man at the reception) is extremely rude, unresponsive, and was demanding my credit card details for no reason. The street is so loud and full of personalities who sell illegal stuff.
