Our flight got in very early in the morning (2am) and our original room was not ready, however the staff was very understanding, very respectful and accommodating. They worked very quickly to get us a room early temporarily so we had a place to sleep then were able to give us our original room. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, however it’s more in the suburbs so if you want to go to the city it’s about 45 minutes by train. There’s is a masjid just a 10 minute walk away.

Ok, I've been here also last year for business and I must say they improved from last year. Also the area at the reception is nicer and more welcoming. Emin from the reception he really helped me with some stuff for work , most of the reception staff is good. Breakfast I must say is the same as last year, poor coffee and no fresh orange juice. A pitty as we are in Turkey they should have fresh fruits

Terrible Experience at Rota Hotel ROTTA – Not Even Close to 5 Stars I was placed in this hotel unexpectedly due to a mistake by Turkish Airlines that caused us to miss our flight. What was already a frustrating situation was made even worse by the horrible experience we had at Rota Hotel ROTTA. First of all, this hotel is nowhere near the 5-star rating it claims. I would generously call it a 1-star hotel at best. The room was uncomfortable, outdated, and lacked basic amenities. The beds didn’t even have normal blankets or proper sheets – it felt incredibly unhygienic and careless. The dining situation was bizarre. There was no menu, no options – they simply brought out food without asking or offering any choice. We had no idea what we were eating, and it didn’t feel like a hotel meal at all. The location is also extremely inconvenient, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing around. But worst of all was the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once did they try to make the situation easier or more comfortable for us. If you’re expecting a quality hotel experience, avoid this place at all costs. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I’m shocked it’s listed as a 5-star accommodation.
