It was an exceptional experience at this hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully designed . You truly experience the tranquility and peace . But what I am most impressed with is the impeccable service . The staff are attentive, extremely polite and helpful . They go out if the way in several occasions to meet my needs. These have made my stay a very memorable one . The food though limited in variety,is made of the freshest raw material - which is grown in the property itself . The concept of “ garden to table “ is delivered in an elegant classy style . I highly recommend this place for a quality “ rest and peace” holiday

Rooms and environment are great; earth tones and natural and serene. Get a pool villa. Service is hit and miss, but expect that and enjoy the ambience. Stick to Thai food.

Disappointing Stay at the Barn Residence – Not Worth the Price I strongly advise against booking the Barn Residence (2-bedroom unit) at this resort. One of the bedrooms had an air-conditioning unit that was both ineffective and excessively noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The private pool was unclean, with visible dirt and debris that clearly hadn’t been maintained properly. Service quality was practically non-existent. When we arrived at 4:30 PM, the reception was completely unmanned, and even the next morning, there was still no staff presence in sight. For a property marketed as a premium stay, this is unacceptable. Housekeeping was below basic standards—we find stained sofas, bedsheets and dead insects still lying around the room, indicating poor or no cleaning had been done. At this price level, it’s unacceptable. The breakfast was subpar and simply not worth your time. Even the staff hint us to dine outside for dinner. Hence I recommend skipping it altogether and finding better options outside. Unfortunately, the location is quite remote, making it inconvenient to access quality dining or attractions without a 20-30 mins drive. On top of that, the view from our villa was underwhelming. Instead of serene nature and privacy, we looked directly at another house just a short distance away, and there was a service road running right in front of the pool, which completely diminished any sense of seclusion or relaxation. All in all, this property is severely lacking in service, cleanliness, design, and upkeep. There are far better options in the area with similar pricing. Avoid this one.
