A lovely one night stay to celebrate my birthday. We made full use of the pool and spa which was well laid out and very relaxing. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Ellie on reception. We had dinner in the bar and the food and service were excellent. We had a luxury king room that was very comfortable and not too hot in the current heatwave. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice of hot & cold food.
I booked a getaway for my wife’s birthday and was initially a bit sceptical because of some of the reviews — but I’m so glad we went! We ended up having an amazing time. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the spa facilities were absolutely stunning. A truly memorable experience!
Testaments are really good, staff are great and the vegan afternoon tea is AMAZING. The spa is actually much smaller than you think. All of the things listed and shown in the pictures are there but when you go in you realise they are all very close together! Saunas are in the changing rooms. There's a small steam room in the main area along with 2 bubble pills and a small swimming pool upstairs. When I went there were few people there and it was perfect but it was easy to see how it could become overcrowded.
