Rox Royal Hotel All Inclusive

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The staff is extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. We especially want to highlight the amazing children's animation team – the girls who work with the kids are true professionals! They spend the entire day organizing fun and engaging activities – from morning games and workshops to sports events and the evening mini-disco. Our children were smiling and playing all day long, which gave us as parents a chance to relax as well. The animators are warm, patient, and genuinely love what they do – and it shows! Highly recommended for families with children – both parents and kids will absolutely enjoy their stay!

This hotel was terrible and definitely not a five-star experience. The rooms were in awful condition — everything was old and worn out. They advertise double beds but give you single ones instead. It was a horrible experience, and I really didn’t like the hotel overall. The food was just disgusting. Anyone with a bit of self-respect wouldn’t eat that. However, the drinks at the hotel were of high quality and very good. The sea was beautiful and enjoyable. The service wasn’t bad either. Mr. Mustafa at the reception was especially helpful — he arranged the best room in the hotel for us. But even that room was in poor condition. There was no room service available after 11 PM. After 11, they even turn off the air conditioning in the hotel lobby, making it uncomfortably hot inside. This is not a five-star hotel by any means — at best, it’s a decent 3 or maybe 4-star hotel. I believe that for this kind of budget, it’s possible to find a better hotel elsewhere. But to be fair, it also seems like most hotels in the Kemer area are already outdated, so it’s hard to expect much more. I still wish everyone a pleasant holiday. These things I mentioned didn’t ruin my vacation. I’m still here and will be enjoying the next five days. My intention with this review is simply to help future visitors manage their expectations realistically.

Absolutely nightmare hotel! Felt homesick on the first night, turned up with 3 kids at midnight and was told theres no food at an all inclusive hotel nor was there Uber available in the area. Customer service is disgusting! Hotel is Dated, smells, congested. Front of house staff are rude. Rooms are disgusting, stink of sewage! Bar area smelt of drains too. Indoor pool out of use. Outdoor pool doesn’t get cleaned, I didn’t smell any chlorine in the pool so doubt they get cleaned. My son got sick on the second day of being there.
