Roxx Suite Deluxe & Spa Hotel

We did not experience any problems during the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The number of staff is really low, so hygiene and food variety are low. Since we stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, it was very affordable and large for the price. This is a hotel where you should not come with high expectations. Yes, it is all-inclusive, but if you want to enjoy the view of Bodrum, this hotel can be preferred.

Absolutely all the negativities written are unfortunately true. The most disgraceful place is the entrance to the room, the dirt floor. Even though I warned them 2-3 times, they could only go to the room. It would have been better if they had not come out then. The sheets, towels, nothing has changed. The food is always the same, mostly chicken and I guess it's been around for 2 or 3 days. The sauna, massage parlour, one of the bars has been under renovation forever, I think. It has changed its name 3 times and they do not accept negative criticism and the drinks are terrible. Only the view was beautiful and the staff was friendly (except the cooks). There is a 2 km shuttle to the sea but it was very wavy and dirty. We went to the public beach and it was perfect. It's a shame, don't go in vain, if you pay 500-600 more, Turgutreiste Gumbette is very nice, have a nice holiday.

Rezervasyon yaptirdiysaniz kesinlikle hemen iptal ettirin. Böyle berbat bir otel yok. Hijyen yok yemekler berbat havuz kesinlikle temizlenmiyor Yemyeşil.4 gece 5 gün rezervasyon yaptirmistik ama 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. Rezervasyon yaptırıp bizim gibi paranızı çöpe atmayın.
