Royal Albert Hotel

We loved how unique this hotel is. It is not your cookie cutter hotel. It has gorgeous character and the suites are absolutely huge. It is so well located that you can step out your door and you’re nearly in the middle of Queen Street mall. Everything you need is just steps away. I didn’t even know this hotel existed until recently and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend. The front desk was also very responsive to us.

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered. Both gentlemen on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was massive and very clean. The location was great with access to the Queen St mall 10 metres away. Parking was at the Uptown Centre which wasn't far from from the hotel. Not much of an inconvenience. Also the room was quiet as we had the top floor. The bedroom also had its own TV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE PRICES PEE NIGHT WAS VERY AFFORDABLE.

Our room was nothing short of stunning – spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotless. Every detail was immaculate, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful front desk lady. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about her work, she made us feel right at home. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. If the hotel has Employee of the Month, she has my wholehearted vote! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Five glowing stars!
