Royal Anka Hotel

Greetings and good wishes from sunny South Africa. My family and I had the most pleasant stay at Royal Ankara Hotel on May 9, 2025. The exceptional service, and the friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. The attached photo was taken on the morning of May 10, 2025 prior to our tour group's departure for Cappadocia. She is an employee of Royal Ankara and willingly consented to having her photo taken with me on our exit. She is of an extremely friendly personality; her warm smile, friendly disposition, and helpful nature make her an invaluable asset to the Royal Ankara Hotel team. I had a pleasant stay at Ankara Royal Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ankara, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and small restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. The lobby was well-maintained, offering a cozy space to relax or meet with others. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by great small restaurants, making it easy to find good food within walking distance. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and easy access to local dining and attractions.

Often I don’t leave a bad review for things,but this one!!!! I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the first our mini bar doesn’t work! We even didn’t have cool water! I asked receptionist to fix it, they changed the mini bar 3times that took our time, the second bad point: the size of room! Was too small but it’s ok, the bathroom!!! You can’t even take a normal shower without touching the wall!!! And also it was too smelly, the third bad point: they pick up your breakfast while you're still eating and he wasn’t kind! Even they didn’t have a smile when we were checking out!
