Royal Arena Hotel & Resort Spa

Horrible place. The restaurant stinks. Toilets at the restaurant level smell worse than any public restrooms. Showers in the rooms have mold. Small pool. Front desk staff is noncaring. Carpets are dirty and stained. This hotel is at the best a 3 star hotel. DO NOT COME HERE. You would waste your money and vacation time. Do NOT believe in the pictures on Expedia or anywhere else. Those must have been taken when it was first opened up.

Mert at the check in desk is very unhelpful. Took me 45minutes to check in as he kept on demanding payment although it had been paid in advance online. I booked a non-smoking room and both rooms he gave me smelled like someone was chain smoking. All of this was after it took him ages to speak to me because I was a female and every man that came in after me was served before me as he spoke over me to them on 3 occasions when I was waiting politely. That's awful customer service. The rooms are a 2 star at most. Run down, not maintained. Let down by the staff. The service from the staff was genuinely disgusting.

We stayed there with wife and 2 years old baby from 15 April to 20 2022 I don't know where to start.the hotel absolutely terrible. 5 stars Hotel but aircon didn't work properly, balcony door didn't locked, telephone in the room didn't work. The age of bed maybe 20 years, spring of bed terrible. Room small we couldn't even open our luggage. Shower was just warm water the time were there was cold. To clean the room we ask the receptionist 3 time eventually last day we left they ce to clean. Food always same. Weiters asking for tip if you dont give no help. It was terrible place.
