Amazing Hotel – Always a Great Time! This is our third time here, and we absolutely love it! The animation team is full of energy and keeps the atmosphere fun and lively all day. The food is fantastic – fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety. The pool area is beautiful and always buzzing with good vibes and music. We keep coming back because this place has everything for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!

I stayed here 06/05/25 to 13/05/25. Overall, I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is amazing, pools are good, the beach is ideal and so close. Clean hotel and staff friendly (I am a white British guy). I thought the food at the buffet was average to good. The desserts aren't amazing. There are fresh vegetables and fruits, the cooked meats are good. If you want fresh food it is good if you are happy to eat Turkish food. I heard people complaining but it was clear that they wanted English food such as chicken nuggets. The alcohol included is not great so don't expect top quality cocktails however it is fine for casual drinks at the pool. The drinks provided don't seem to 'do the job' however alcohol is not a priority in Turkey and the quality is generally not as good as the UK (which is fine). The Turkish way is not about getting drunk, fighting etc. which is something English people would do better to respect and maybe take on ourselves. This hotel is good. I would be happy to go back.

Not sure who they paid to get a 5* rating, but it needs to be revised. We recently stayed at this hotel and while the setting itself was lovely — especially the relaxation area, which was peaceful and perfect for unwinding — there were several issues that really took away from the overall experience. First and foremost, the food was consistently cold. We gave it a few chances, but in the end we resorted to eating out most nights. It was, without a doubt, the worst food we’ve ever experienced in a hotel — especially disappointing considering meals were part of the package. On top of that, when we arrived late at 11pm, we discovered the third sofa bed wasn’t made up. When headed down to reception, their response was, "Well the rooms aren't usually meant for 3." That felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially since our booking clearly included three guests. We ended up waiting until 1am before the bed was finally sorted out which isn’t acceptable after a long day of travel. If you know 3 guests are going to be staying in 1 room, make sure it's made for 3 guests.... The outdoor space during the day was another issue — not nearly enough shade in the grassy area during the day. Everyone ended up crowding under the few trees available, everyday felt like a battle to make sure you had a spot in the afternoon. Installing some parasols or shaded areas would be a big improvement. Evenings were also a bit of a letdown. There’s nowhere outside to sit and relax at night. It would’ve been great if the relaxing pool bar stayed open later — instead, if you come back from town, your only options are sitting indoors or in the “club” 24-hour bar, which really doesn’t fit the mood if you're just looking to wind down. That said, credit where it’s due: the bar staff were excellent, especially the gentleman working at the indoor bar — friendly, attentive, and always professional. We weren’t alone in our complaints either. We spoke to many other British guests, and several long-time return visitors (some coming for 13 years!) said it’s been going downhill year after year. It’s a shame, because with such a beautiful setting and some great staff, this hotel could be so much better if they focused on getting the basics right.
