Royal Asnof Hotel

Stayed here for two days, and it was quite a disappointing experience. On the first day, the AC in our room was completely ineffective. Sama sekali nggak dingin, hanya angin saja yang keluar. Instead of making the room comfortable, it made us feel even worse. We immediately informed the staff, but the response was far from satisfactory. The lady at the reception was not nice and didn't seem interested in helping us with the issue. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive. On the second day, after enduring a night of discomfort, we requested a room change. Namun, bukannya langsung memberikan solusi, mereka malah bilang harus dicek dulu kamar yang lama. Setelah menunggu, akhirnya kami diperbolehkan pindah kamar, but again, the AC was still not working properly in the new room. It was only slightly cooler, but still far from what you would expect from a functioning air conditioner. The hotel room itself feels very outdated. The rooms are old, and it's clear that maintenance is not a priority here. For the price we paid, we expected much better. It was a very frustrating experience, and we wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Overall, kalau mau cari hotel yang nyaman dan dingin, sebaiknya cari tempat lain. This place is not worth the money.

I honestly not recomend this hotel , i get really dirty room and super dirty Bathroom is smelly and really dirty, really stresful And the room is super smell. Since i come to the room i cant stop my sneezing . Realy dusty . I dont think they clean the room at all. The water also smell like old iron. The breakfast is standard. Recepsionist is really good The only things good only the recepsionist is kind and good. I cant sleep at all at the day 1, after complaint to the recepsionist they help to change the room and the room is clean So if you want to stay here dont forget to ask the room. Because the 1st day its really nightmare, super smell, dirty, and sneezing cant sleep at all. Too dusty and dirty.

Had a different experience during two stays. The first time, everything felt good, clean, and comfortable. The second time, it felt less clean, especially the toilet, wasn't well-maintained. So, the room's cleanliness was quite random
