Had a beautiful, great, excellent holiday at the Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel. Will definitely go back. Our room had issues which we reported but unfortunately couldn't be fixed. The sliding door is not easy to lock, so it is easy to sleep without it locked. The fridge was not working, they know about this. The toilet flush system is not smooth. You have to play around it for it not to leak water, a waste of water. The kitchen was excellent, and the variety of fresh , clean food with beautiful condiments is excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We all had a lovely time! Indoor swimming hours could be at least extended if possible at the user's risk in case it means to pay manpower.
The hotel is OK. It's not EU 5 stars, more like 4 stars. Breakfast is poor, lunch is average, dinner is really good. Beach is close and nice. BUT THE NOISE IN THE EVENINGS IS UNBELIEVABLE! The hotel plays the music so loud in the evenings at the events next to the pool that it is impossible to sleep or rest. If you are on the ground floor closer to the sea, the speakers next to the pool will play annoying music for you all day whether you want it or not. If you have young children under 2 and your child (or you ) is sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you.
