I know that this hotels reviews arent that good but we had a lovely experience the hotel staff is so nice and helpfull my phone broke and they immediatley called some phone repair shops and a taxi they clean your room everyday and the rooms are huge we slept in Blok B on the second floor and our room was so beautiful. And alright the food wasnt always really hot but it was still very good the restaurants were very clean and they even came to your table to ask if you want a drink so if you look at some of the revieuws where some people are cancelling the hotel but i had a lovely experience also the shops around the hotel were amazing and i would defenitley book this hotel again. Thanks to the warm and lovely staff for the amazing experience!
I stayed 3 nights in this hotel which was very terrible experience. Rooms are very dirty, goods are extremely bad. Be careful!
So bad, so far... No towels in the rooms, it's messy and dirty... It's sooo dirty and the service in the reception is awful... For the time that we waited they could easily clean up the room... You should not give your money here.
