⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience at Royal Berk Hotel The reception staff was extremely helpful, especially Mr. Mesut, who went above and beyond to assist me in arranging a comfortable and safe return trip for my parents. His support made a big difference, and as long as he is managing this hotel, I know I can trust the quality of service. Other staff members were also incredibly kind and professional. Many of them speak Farsi, which is a huge advantage for Iranian guests and made communication much easier. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. Rooms were spotless and completely odor-free, which made our stay very pleasant. Air conditioning was available and worked well, which is definitely important during the hot summer months. Having stayed in other hotels in the region, I can say with confidence that this one truly earns its 5-star rating. Highly recommended!
great location, in a walking distance from the main street. good service, free tea is always available. The receptionists are all polite and helpful. the room is clean, comfortable and very big. We highly recommend this place.
