Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel

Royal Tulip is the perfect home away from home for business and leisure travel. From the first moment coming through the gates with security, there is no doubt that this is a quality hotel. The employees in every area are gracious, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms are generous in size. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever experienced, with good linens and great full sized pillows. There are amenities in each room to meet your needs and others that are readily available upon request. The hotel offers many services, making it a great place for meetings or for getting away. The Mosaic restaurant has really good food and offers a dinner buffet on the weekends. I love that I can order a specialty coffee made fresh for me. The restaurant is open 24 hours so no matter what time you fly in or out, you can always find something to eat. It truly was a fabulous stay. Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi is now my new favorite hotel in Nairobi!!

A RoyalTulip Experience: A Tale of Elegance and Imperfection Stepping into the conference facility at RoyalTulip felt like entering a realm of quiet sophistication. The ambiance was refined, the setting ideal for both collaboration and contemplation. The restaurant, a culinary haven, served dishes that delighted the senses—each bite a testament to thoughtful preparation and flair. The staff moved with grace and warmth, their helpfulness and pleasant demeanor adding a personal touch to the professional atmosphere. They were the unsung heroes of our stay, always present, never intrusive. Yet, not all was flawless. The WiFi—a lifeline in today’s world—proved elusive. It faltered when we needed it most, a frustrating shadow over an otherwise luminous experience. Though it eventually found its footing, it never quite soared. The location, however, was a masterstroke. Nestled near Yaya Mall and within walking distance of our office, it offered unmatched convenience. We welcomed visitors to the hotel with pride, confident they would be met with comfort and charm.

I enjoyed the warmth of the service team; they are available and ready to assist. The food is fresh and well done. The complimentary services are a great deal - sauna, steam bath and gym. The rooms are calm and comfy. I would recommend
