It's a wonderful hotel with a staff unlike any I've ever seen anywhere. From reception, to the service staff, to the kitchen, to the waiters, etc., everyone is so wonderful that they make your stay so perfect that all you want is to never leave. Everything has truly been spectacular. Every employee at this hotel deserves an award for their kindness, dedication, friendliness, and excellent customer service. There are no words to express my gratitude.
One of the best hotel here in Palm Jumeirah!! All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the guy receptionist I forgot to ask his name. He is very professional and accommodating. I booked a premium room to celebrate my special day but they automatically upgraded to sweet room for a gift. Surprised me with a cake on our table and it made my day even more special and beautiful. Kudos to all the staff and very recommended to celebrate special occasions here in Royal Central Hotel and resort the palm. ❤️
A beautiful experience. They deserve my evaluation without being asked because the price is appropriate and not expensive. The room service, the view are wonderful, the pool and the sea. All of that was a surprise to me. I will repeat the experience, of course, next month if their prices are appropriate as they are today.
