Royal Classic Resort

Overall, the resort offers a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved for an even better stay. The gym needs proper maintenance as some machines were broken during my visit. It would also be great if the Front Office team could undergo proper training to enhance guest interactions. On the positive side, the F&B staff were exceptionally helpful and kind—special mention to a girl (I believe her name was Prabhasini) who was wonderful. The entire F&B team and the chefs were very friendly and accommodating, which made the dining experience enjoyable. The maintenance staff was also courteous and helpful throughout the stay. One important concern is a broken tile in the pool area, which should be fixed as soon as possible for safety reasons. Overall, it’s a nice place, and my comments are shared for constructive improvement, not as complaints.

This resort is so good for anybody who is used to a clean living space. The bathroom is really nice and clean with lots of running hot water. Facilities are amazing and the complementary meals are to die for. Thank you to fmb team for this wonderful experience. (Took some points off because the room was missing some necessities other than that it is perfect)

Welcome was very good. Room was okay type. When we asked to change the room, they showed us one more room and that too in basement. All the people were very sweet but only in words and not in action. Too many options in food but the food was cold and once the bowl was empty it was not filled again. Very less vegetarian items. Overall it was a moderate experience, not very good not very bad. But not a four star hotel experience. Everything we have to ask again and again, tea bags, creamer, cleanliness of the room, washroom towels, nothing was done properly. It was so so experience.
