The people in the hotel were wonderful - so professional and helpful. And the location, close to Avenida Paulista, was great. This may sound like a small thing, but the elevators were fast! The included breakfast was really good as was the food I had in the dining room.
Loved my stay here! The hotel was conveniently located near Paulista and easy to access for taxi's/ubers. There were also convenience stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy within walking distance. What made the most impact though was the staff! Everyone I interacted with at the hotel was super helpful and friendly. Marlene who worked the breakfast buffet, always welcomed me with the largest smile and remembered my breakfast order.
