Good location, but the room wasn't clean and didn't even have sheets. Wasn't impressed with the hotel at all but the Aircon did work nicely.

Hello, our experience was not the most pleasant to say. We chose a deluxe room but unfortunately it was not luxurious at all. We felt disappointed because the pictures are not the same as reality, everything looks different in the pictures than it is in reality. Secondly, the staff apart from Eilis (I hope I remembered it well) and the boy at the beach bar I don't know what to say .. the two of them were super ok, kind and willing to help. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, 2 days in a row I found dirt in the room only the bed was made and the towels changed, otherwise sand in the bathtub, garbage left in the room on the carpet, etc. Oh and they say they have a dryer but we didn't have one so take it from home. Breakfast what can I say.. to eat something in the morning mmmm but don't expect anything qualitative and I don't really recommend it, the croissants that were the best and fresh you should have caught, the square breads you can break your head with how hard they are.. anyway I'll leave pictures, acceptable let's say. The location and the most important thing! On booking it appears as the first line of the beach, but it is not. On the first line there are apartments. The hotel is on Mamaia Boulevard 191, I think the 3rd line of the beach, look on Google maps before and see if it suits you to walk. That's our opinion and that's how we shared it, now it also depends on everyone's expectations and what you want.
