I had dinner with a date, and it was very neat, providing an excellent environment and vibe, too I am willing to take my family to try the buffet
This hotel is nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service, the ambience and the general layout of the hotel for the price. The réception was very welcoming and checking in was made very easy. The rooms were nice and clean. The facilities were all working. The major drawback is the lack of English channels to watch. All the available channels were in Arabic! Even CNN, BBC, and Aljazera were all only Arabic! The hotel can do better. The kitchen was very responsive. The meals were well made and presentable. The swimming pool was a delight. The drawback here was the lack of heating, the water was cold. I managed to swim but getting into the water each time was with so much trepidation! But I needed to unwind. The hotel management should consider getting the pool warmed up especially when it is cold season.
The room was very dusty. There was no essentials like slippers and tooth brush. The room is not clean the bath room was in a disastrous condition. I cut my vacation and checked out one day early as I cannot live in a place like that.... the bed cover was dusty
