I stayed here as a family of 4 a few years ago. When we arrived after an 8 hour drive from Quito honestly we were very disappointed with our room which had no view and the sliding doors didn’t shut or lock properly, so we complained and got moved to a much better room. It wasn’t the best first impression because it’s an extremely expensive hotel for someone pre-booking from England and being charged special ‘rich Westerner’ prices… But our week there was very enjoyable, the food is pretty good, the tennis, pool, and table tennis is all good fun, the little boat ride every day to the beach was great fun for the kids, the views and sunsets were special, and the people around the pool pretty friendly. I have no idea what other beach resorts in Ecuador are like, and it’s not as luxurious as the price suggests, but I still had a memorable week there.

We want to sleep!!! Why your guy on the microphone is always screaming/howling 😭 so annoying ,,, enjoy your parties .. but we are on the island for the peace and quiet.. why do your parties have to be echoing all over the place !!! We don't mind your music but the not the howling man on the mic .. 😒can't you turn the speakers inwards ... And enjoy yourself and your guests his loud squeaking annoying terrible voice!
