Not bad
Everything seems to be fine: location, room, breakfast Until you encounter the service Complete indifference I burned my work shirt because of an uncleaned iron. In response to my request to clean the iron, they told me that “maybe they will do something tomorrow afternoon.” Despite the fact that I needed fresh ironing at 7 am, they said: “well... A trifle: minus an excellent shirt, but at the reception they didn’t even think to think about it ... I don't recommend it. If you suddenly need something beyond the “hotel minimum” they will not help you. This is a hostel, not the 4 stars stated.
We are happy to come to Svetlogorsk often and for a long time, spending August and the New Year and Christmas holidays here. We love Hartman and Madam L. Walking along the quiet streets, we noticed a beautiful house, shining with four stars of recognition... We decided to ask the staff to tell us about the hotel - why not try to stay in a new wonderful place?!.. There were no staff at the reception desk. The employee who appeared walked past us, did not say hello or ask if he could help with anything... Surprise. The employee in the room behind the counter was talking about personal topics on the phone. She looked at us. Turned away. We again attracted her attention with the call on the counter - another glance... and the conversation on the phone continued. In order to somehow entertain us, during her conversation on the phone, the employee began to lift and examine her legs!... We decided not to participate. At that moment, the letters of gratitude in the hall faded. The statuette of the Sienkiewicz Award “disappeared”... What remained was the boorish disrespect of the hotel staff, completely discrediting the radiance of 4 stars.
