Absolutely amazing resort! Rooms were spacious, the pools were lots of fun, and the food was delicious! The only downside was that it was crowded when I was there, but that is not the fault of the hotel.
Most of the rooms are refurbished. They are roomy and highly comfortable. The pools area is excellent, catering for all ages
This is an OK hotel. Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap. Breakfast was pretty bad. The pool looks beautiful but the water is cold, and there is only one big slide. Children's entertainments are rudimentary. Overall I've stayed in much better.
