I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at this hotel in Paris. The excellent location, friendly staff, particularly Djamila and Sokhna, who were exceptionally helpful and supportive, truly made my visit a memorable one. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the peaceful ambiance that made my stay very comfortable. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was delightful and added to the overall positive experience. I would say to the team (Big Thank you) for the outstanding service, and I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel rooms look nice online but, in reality, are rundown and poorly maintained. The staff are also very rude. For example, one evening, my wife asked the man at the desk if the hotel had any sanitary products (something that most good hotels usually provide upon request) and he just laughed in her face. Unprofessional and rude. Avoid. PS The hotel - rather than engaging with the substance of this review - has merely commented below to say that they do not have a record of the booking. This is because it was in my wife’s name. If you read other 1* reviews, you’ll see they have obfuscated like this before.
Do not stay at this hotel. We booked a suite with two beds and upon check in we were told that the room was not available. Becuase a customer had ruined the room. We were made to sleep in a single bed. They said they would refund us 100 at check out. Upon check out they told us they would not refund us at all. I had to fight the manager on duty for the refund. He then said he was only going to give 50 after he called his GM. I told him his staff and even pointed to her - so he could verify. He apologized. But said only 50. I said that was not acceptable and their customer service was terrible. I gave him my Co workers card, and he processed the refund of 50. I said I would leave a review online about the Service- and he said if I left the review he would not process the 50. I explained to him there was a lot more we could do on social media - But would not. We are leaving a review for customers to know How bad their Service is esp for almost 500 Euros a night. DO NOT STAY HERE. Many more hotels around the areas .
