Royal Garden Hotel

Hospitable and friendly staff. Had breakfast everyday on my stay. It's nothing special but good enough to give a good start for the day. Rooms are really good for a 3 star rated hotel. Everyone from the room service to the security guards understand the importance of being nice and friendly and these things make you feel at home. They accept dollars for the bills but they keep running out of chance so it's better to have to local currency before hand when checking in. Don't expect an electric kettle from them, they do have em but you have a make a special request to get one and for me I had to have them chance 3 different kettles and none of them worked. Actually I was reluctant to try the last one as it was nasty from the inside like something had been growing in there.

Hotel is good but not a 4star service there. The room is not very clean, the bed had dirty staff on it. The breakfast is ok but there were only a few choices in a buffet. The safe was locked in my room so I ask to fix it through reception - nobody comes during 3 day stay. The bathroom is very old but looks clean.

The Hotel is rated as 4star but it almost looks like 3star in terms of service and accommodation, Floor Carpet seems to have been neglected 😣, Breakfast is buffet offering Various options from cheese to breads, rice and salads. We requested for a flat iron but we waited for a day before delivering to our room, after following it up to the front desk personally. Overall the service is average. Though everyone is helpful.
