Royal Garden Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel in London! The location is unbeatable—right across from Kensington Palace and just a short stroll from Kensington Gardens. I found myself wandering through the beautiful park almost every day, and it was such a treat to have this peaceful green space right on my doorstep. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and the lovely views—mine looked right out over the gardens. Waking up to that scenery made every morning feel special. Breakfast was a real highlight for me. The spread was generous, with so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It set me up perfectly for a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and nothing was ever too much trouble. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in London. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury right in the heart of Kensington.

A wonderful experience! The hotel was absolutely lovely, but what really made our stay special was Maria at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming — always smiling and attentive to every little detail. Even though she was busy with other guests, she made sure all our requests were taken care of. I have been to Kensington many times, and I have always wanted to stay at the Royal Garden. This year, our family of six chose Royal Garden. Just as other reviewers have commented, the large, pleasant rooms have a pretty view of Kensington Palace and/or the park. Even the street view rooms were quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows and linens were five-star quality. We all really enjoyed the buffet breakfast (especially my young grandchildren). So many options, including my fave chia breakfast pudding with fresh berries. Of course, the kids loved the orange juice and sausages. I will never bypass Royal Garden again!
