Hotel is nice but it saw its better times some time ago. Price quality is fair only at Promenade. If you stay in winter, ask for an air conditioning remote control so it will keep your room warm.
Unfortunately the hotels had bad conditions, cold rooms in winter, also in the halls. At the reception we didn't find a polite persons. On the first day we should ask an electricians and other specialists because there are problems with electricity and with sewerage also. Related the food on the restaurant it's more ore less the same and it's not very fresh...
If you want to visit place with Soviet union service and dangerous rooms - feel free to stay at Royal Grand Hotel & Spa. Very ambitious hotel with reception there you need document for each person even 2 years old son. And do not forget they will take photo of each person if you still wanna stay at that hotel.
