We could have more beautiful holiday. Rooms are clean and looks nice. Restaurant is full on variety and great taste. Stuff are friendly and helpful. Animation is nice too. Don’t really know what would I add more. Just want to say thanks for vacation. It was really lovely 🤍
The resort is next to the beach and very clean.the staff is very helpful and friendly. The service overall is good. But some adjustment should be made concerning: Buffet: same food every day, need improvemnet in the taste and diversity Drinks: even if its all inclusive resort. Only local alcoholic drinks are available(not good quality) . No other options. even in the local market there is no imported alcohol need to bring it from your home country or duty free( very expensive) Entertaiment and music: The entertainment team do activities by day( aqua gym, zumba, volley darts....) foam party and by night the show and entertainment should be improved.at 11 the music is turned off. The music at the pool is not continuously played (the DJ is good) so the visitors bring their own music (loud) different kind of music at the same time. This may disturb others. Even if the management was informed but no action was done. SPA: we booked a vip spa session 2hours ,jacuzzi ( cold water),turkish bath, sauna ,steam, scrub, massage . The 2 girls were great and professional but the location is too small for a couple needed to wait our turn for each (1 by 1)session only for the massage 2 beds are available. This place is well maintained clean and with great location and service. But need some improvements which will attract more visitors and satisfaction.
I don’t usually write reviews, but since its really important to choose the right hotel in sharm, i decided to do so, and bear with me this is a detailed one. I have stayed for 5 nights, the hotel is nice, lots of activities to do, the location is great, however, there are some caveats to note. -the rooms are old, although they are clean, signs of wear can be noticed. - the beach is quite small, but there is always a spot to sit. It’s worth noting that the seats are not directly on the beach, they are on a terrace that overlooks the beach with direct stairs to the beach the reef is gorgeous. -the food is not that good in terms of quality, not the tastiest to be honest. -the staff are friendly they will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, across the board, from receptionists to housekeepers to waiters etc, but the service is slow so be patient. the music is extremely and unnecessarily loud, i don’t mind some music, but not that loud. this really ruined the experience for me, a mid-day nap here is almost impossible, it goes on until 11 pm, its difficult to find a quiet place to sit besides the hotel room. The spa is mediocre. I think this hotel suits people who are looking for a lively place, with lots of activities to do, as well as being in close proximity to places like naama bay etc, but it is not for those who want to relax and enjoy a slow-paced atmosphere in the beach. If you compare it to hotels worldwide, this sits more on a good 4-star hotel level but not on a 5-star hotel level quite yet if classifications matter. I enjoyed my stay here but i don’t think i will come back. It wasn’t the right fit for me.
