What a gem! The hotel is beautiful, my room and view is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. All for a very, very low price. Good wifi, room service food is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a pleasure to stay here. Pro-tip: create an account and book through the hotel for the best price. I saved 200MAD a night.
The location is great, the staff are friendly, but the infrastructure is bad. They have 4 elevators, just one of them is working, and not all the time!!! As the hotel is crowded, this causes very long waiting time. I stayed for 5 nights and I had to use the stairs two times because the elevators are not working at all!! Also the room door refused the key card almost daily, and I had to go to the reception to fix this almost daily. The room has no safe inside
Hotel itself is good but they manage to hire staff that have zero understanding of customer service. They completely missed my booking which I modified with travel agency and when I renewed my booking they called me at midnight to settle my bill before my check out date! Honestly never had such messed up customer service before
