A beautiful place. I enjoyed very much excellent service, elegant treatment, good food and clean rooms. I really had a lot of fun with my family. I recommend visiting this place.
Good hotel, i enjoyed my time there The pools and aqua park was amazing, the staff were very good except some of the receptionist .Room was tidy but housekeeping is not good. The food is not bad you can find a lot of delicious dishes. Wifi was very weak and disconnected frequently.... I think their service would be better in normal times of the year when there is no Eid or other occasions
Overall a very good experience. Water slides a little old but still a TON of fun, even for a mid-thirties geezer like me. Reception is very welcoming but furniture in the rooms are a tad basic.
