I stayed there with my family several years ago, beautiful memories that I will never forget. The hotel staff are angels who are not from this planet. The sixth floor is uncomfortable and the floor is uneven. At that time, I don’t know now.
Gem of Paris! This hotel is a treasure. The staff is so kind and helpful. Laure checked us in and she was so helpful. The entire team was amazing... And a big Thank you to Maxine for helping recommending some great places to go. Clean room and adorable. Nice breakfast and The service was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I will also recommended everyone to book directly with hotel as it’s the best deal :)
We stayed here in a 3 bedded room with our teenage daughter, the room was large and very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent very close to the Arc du Triomphe just off the Champs elysee. Breakfast was good small hot choice of eggs and bacon plus cereal and pastries and freshly prepared fruit. Clementine was by far the best waitress, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Overall i would recommend this hotel .
