Royal Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Polokwane Royal Stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent – we were warmly welcomed with an early check-in and also appreciated the flexibility of a slightly late checkout. The room was neat, tidy, and well-prepared, and the bathroom was modern and very well kept – a real highlight for us. The facilities throughout the property were great, and we especially loved the ample parking space – such a plus when traveling. The restaurant area was also beautifully set up and offered a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. The only concern that needs urgent attention is the motion sensor light in the passageway of the room. While likely installed with good intentions, it ended up being a big disturbance during the night, as every trip to the bathroom triggered a bright light that woke up the whole family. We also heard other guests experiencing the same issue. It’s unnecessary and we hope management will consider removing or adjusting it. Otherwise, everything else was lovely, and we’ll definitely consider coming back!

The location is ideal if you in plk for work... however... the staff either make or break your establishment. Breakfast gets charged at R200... But there are no breakfast options... Whats done is done... sorry for you if you late to the party Totally disappointed as I am a breakfast person... The hostess did not seem bothered or tried to apologize The gentleman who I don't know what his position is... looked like a bouncer... Explained that only 2 people were left on the list hence the reason for no refills or top ups... To me, this is unacceptable

Pure nonsense , the noise from the other rooms. Right now I can’t sleep because of the noise from the other room, reception is not picking up- I’ve dialed 8 times. Their WiFi also is weird, you get a code and kicks you in an out - not stable at all.
