Royal Hotel Saigon

Room is big and clean. No view could be seen from windows but we had quiet night and good sleeping quality by that. Staff are very nice and easy to communicate in english. The air-conditioner in fitness room was kept turned off and made there very hot, and the swimming pool is not big at all so I didn't use them. Overall, the location of hotel is excellent and good for stay. I would love to stay in this hotel next time I visit Ho Chi Minh city.

Excellent Service and Thoughtful Staff Our stay at Kim Do Royal was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, with great attention to detail from housekeeping. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture at checkout: staff took the time to double-check our room for any items we might have left behind, which we really appreciated. Small things like that make a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for its service and care. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Royal Hotel Saigon. The rooms are a bit dated but the one complaint I have is that the air conditioning wasn't working as well as it should. This could be due to the humidity but can effect your sleep. The buffet breakfasts have a great variety and the location is walking distance to several of the city's attractions. Overall we had a good stay.
