Royal Jewel Al Raml Hotel

After having to cancel our reservation at a terrible, dirty, local hotel, we were lucky to find the Royal Jewel Al-Rami Hotel. The staff were kind, courteous, and very professional every step of the way from check in to check out. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel building itself, being the former palace of King Farouk. I was astonished at the attention to cleanliness and maintenance shown by the staff. I never once saw any member of staff standing idle or staring at their phone. Everyone was working, cleaning, helping guests at every second. I admire and respect this, as I appreciate attention to small details. Reem in Guest Services was outstanding as a representative of the hotel, but really, every staff member was exemplary. The hotel offers everything. A wedding hall, a restaurant, rooftop garden, a gym, billiards, bakery and coffee bar, rooftop terrace and restaurant, street side terrace with umbrella tables, a library, and a room of King Farouk's collectibles. If I visit Alexandria again, this is my place! I have no need to look for anything else. Excellent, EXCELLENT value for the money!
