first of all I would like to say that I do not agree with the opinions of various people who spent their holidays here. The staff of this hotel is very helpful, always smiling and helpful. There is a cat in the hotel that is very friendly to people. There was a situation when I wanted to give him food and I was looking for him, so the staff brought him to my room.my room was cleaned every day and I didn't see any ants as other people described, a new air con was installed in the room Superior Villa type .I will remember my stay here very well and I will definitely come back to this place.
We enjoyed our stay in a family bungalow. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed and small cot. The sink in our room wasn't draining very well. But when we called maintenance and they fixed it within a few hours. The gardens outside of the bungalows are well-cared for. We enjoyed the shade and peacefulness from the trees. The resort also has an adorable and friendly black and white Persian cat. Breakfast was pretty good and seemed fresh. However, there was a worn-out and slightly neglected feel in certain parts of the hotel. There was a cover that was loose on the bottom of the shallow children's pool. It kept exposing a hole that a kid's foot could easily fall into. The boarded up, closed spa looked sad and that it had seen better days. But ultimately, we had a good experience. We felt the staff was friendly and attentive to our concerns. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located near the 7-Eleven and lots of restaurants and shops.
This hotel had very beautiful look especially the walk from reception to your room where there are fish swimming the walk from your room to the beach. There's a really clean beach with plenty of bars and places to get massages and your nails done. The beds are very comfortable but the mosquito net had big holes in so you couldn't use them. The rooms are big with lots of table space and a good bathroom. The breakfast was big but not good if you are vegetarian or vegan so wouldn't pay for breakfast if you are instead go to Oasis which is next door for good veggie food options. I found the reception wasn't too good for reccomendations or help but the rooms were cleaned regularly and they did help rake your bags to the room. It's not on the nicest part of the island but it's a convenient place for people that want to be close to the nice restaurants and 7 11 and pharmacy. Also seemed very child friendly.
