Outstanding Service and Great Value! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping—was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail made a big difference. On top of that, the value for money was excellent—clean rooms, great amenities, and top-notch service without the high price tag. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a beautiful hotel, I really enjoyed everything from a super comfortable bed to delicious foods. Honestly, after reading some previous reviews I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel. I only booked it because it’s close to Snoopy Island and has in-house Diving center, as I was planning a scuba diving session. I haven’t had any complaints about the hotel amenities and service. We were offered an early check-in and late check out, the room service food was 5* - a huge piece of succulent salmon, a massive juicy burger - top notch! Breakfast in the restaurant was also great with lots of healthy options. The gym is fully equipped with new machines, and it’s almost empty. If you prefer early night sleep, I recommend booking Mountain View room because the music from bars located near the pool and facing seaside can be quite loud. Oh almost forgot to mention that all restaurant bookings and any room service is booked through the QR code which takes you to the convenient and user friendly website, so no calls are required. A special thank you to the Front office staff member Abduzohid, who was super welcoming and supportive. Royal M hotel will be my number one option when I come back to Al Aqah Beach!

The beach was beautiful during the first few days of our stay, with calm waters and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the specialty restaurants. They were quiet, providing a more peaceful dining experience, and the quality of the food was consistently good. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is clearly tailored to guests from Russia. This was noticeable in various areas, including the restaurants, bars, and entertainment programs. While this may suit some visitors, it might not appeal to everyone, depending on expectations and preferences.
