I had a fantastic experience checking in at the Royal M Hotel, all thanks to Omar at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and Omar went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed about the hotel facilities and nearby spots to explore. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a great first impression. It’s not every day you come across service this thoughtful — Omar truly represents the best of what hospitality should be. A great start to my stay, and a big reason I’d happily return to Royal M!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a cake for our birthday which was very thoughtful. The restaurant staff were especially lovely—always welcoming with a smile and attentive to every need, making our dining experience just as enjoyable as the rest of our stay.

Royal M Hotel is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location — close to everything. The suite was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The pool is lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, the reception service needs serious improvement. Requests made to the front desk took a long time to be fulfilled, and delays were frequent throughout the stay. It was frustrating, especially given how great the rest of the experience was. Overall, I recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great amenities, but I do hope the front desk service becomes more efficient in the future.
