Royal Madeleine Hotel & Spa

The rooms are perfectly clean and the beds are very comfortable, TV has a chromecast so it’s great for watching movies. Our terrace room exceeded our expectations, it’s a spacious area with furniture and shade perfect for lounging outside. The atmosphere itself is really pleasant, the staff are all so kind and understanding, would love to come again ❤️

I had an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay even more comfortable. The restaurant was simply outstanding, offering exquisite dishes with top-quality ingredients. A special mention to the maître d’hôtel, who provided flawless service and made every meal a delight. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end experience with perfect service. I will definitely be coming back!

Location was wonderful, staff very friendly. Our room was upgraded however the pictures online did not match the room we got, even after upgrade. NIL effort made to rectify this from hotel, not even a free drink at the bar they just said they cannot help and contact hotel.com. hotel.com said to speak to the hotel as its their images. Was advertised as Queen bed and the images show big room with couch. We had a double bed only and they said the images show superior room but we booked classic room. Was the first hotel on our holiday so did not want to argue and cause myself to be upset but this false advertising is disappointing. Everything was otherwise wonderful there, breakfast not great value, dont recommend adding this.
