Had a wonderful stay here. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Location is perfect. You need to request for small towels. The window is very dusty, I suggest the hotel needs to do some regular cleaning. The bedside table lamps are also very dim in my room. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Arrived yesterday and impressed with room, breakfast and the massage. The lady in the morning at the spa is super warm and her skill is so good that i fell asleep deeply. One of best massage in indo i came across. Down side is the pool suntan lounges are limited should have more than those chairs with tables.

I recently visited the Lobby Lounge and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. I ordered two glasses of juice, and it took more than 15 minutes to be served. I understand that there was only one staff member on duty, but I was disappointed with the level of service. The staff member did not provide basic hospitality standards—no tissue paper was offered, and there was no greeting or any polite exchange. He simply delivered the beverages, took the menu, and left without a word. I believe the hotel management should pay closer attention to the details of basic service etiquette to ensure a better guest experience. Thank you for your attention.
