Lack of information during the SPA procedure, really not much of an explanation during the treatment nore how to handle after it. Filling out the form about one's medical condition seemed rather formality. Personal didn't even took a second to look over it. Lack of signs where to find what. Felt at times in need of a map to find everything. Restaurant personal and reception, however, was really kind, helpful.

We stayed in this nice hotel for 4 nights. The room had amazing view in to the city, and it was comfortable enough. The mattress was too stiff for my own preferences at least. The building's layout makes it hard to navigate, if you wish to go from your room, to the pool, or spa facilities, as it is old, which was expanded through the years, so there is no harmony inside, it's like more like a labyrinth in some places. I didn't liked the fact that for 4 days, we couldn't select our table for having our breakfast, and we had to sit behind a column, being not able to enjoy the morning view outside. Also, the breakfast buffet were not refilled, even one hour before the ending of breakfast service. I believe such details cannot be acceptable by a 4 star hotel, with various awards as we have seen. However, I need to praise the staff, and the spa service kind ladies, who were true professionals. I really enjoyed the massage services, which were available in affordable prices.

Absolutely rude personell, no one cares about anything. Steam sauna is broken, second day we are here. Parking costs around 10 euro per day, no drinking water available in the rooms (in a resort with a healing water terme). Overall, place is overpriced, and no service included. When I tried to sign additional procedures like bath or massages, I tried to convince someone to sign me up somewhere so I could spend money there.
