Royal Marine

My experience at the Royal Marine Hotel was simply incredible! The location is perfect—on one side, you have easy access to the city, and on the other, the sea, with a beautiful view and a sense of peace. It's the ideal balance between convenience and tranquility. The entire hotel staff was wonderful, always attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to Myat, who was extremely kind to me and helped me a lot during my stay—she's a sweetheart! The room was clean, organized, and had a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was very complete and delicious, and afternoon tea was a true princess moment—I felt like I was in a classic movie! The hotel is charming in every detail, elegant and welcoming. The spa is wonderful! I had a relaxing massage and slept wonderfully afterward. The gym is also excellent—well-equipped and has a calming atmosphere, with soft music. I finished my experience with an incredible dinner at Hardy's: delicious food, perfect drinks, and a super friendly staff. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Dublin!

I enjoyed a day spa deal today and had a truly wonderful experience. The area was beautiful, the swimming pool was lovely, and the relaxation section was simply amazing. Overall, everything felt peaceful and rejuvenating. A special thank you to Abbey, my massage therapist—she was excellent. The head massage, in particular, was absolute heaven. ❤️ Unfortunately, the experience at reception was a little disappointing. When I arrived and inquired about the type of massage included in my package, I was told, “I don’t do massages,” which felt a bit unhelpful. Later, when I returned to check in for my scheduled massage at 12:30, I asked about it at 12:27 and was told, “It’s not 12:30 yet,” which came across as unnecessarily abrupt. Despite this, the rest of the day was lovely, and I truly appreciated the quality of the treatments and the peaceful setting. Thank you!

Nice hotel but serious internal communication issues, booked a stay with our kids for my wife's birthday and at booking (months ago), check-in & breakfast sign-in informed the hotel that we required 2 vegan breakfasts (which isn't included in room price) and we received miserable plates that were just a few potato cubes, a tomato & some mushrooms, we were told that they were "all-out" of vegan sausages and that the chef wasn't informed that there would be vegan breakfast required, we requested beans and some toast as substitution and we're informed that they don't do beans by the manager but somehow a staff member appeared with a bow of beans while we were being told that they couldn't do that for us. Just a confusing and frustrating start to the day. The pool rules on requiring footwear are also ridiculous we had to buy flip flops and swim socks just to be able to swim there.
