We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and we enjoyed the spa and the private beach. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always kind and very helpful. A few small disappointments: the welcome drink was just water, the internal shuttle service was slow, and coffee capsules in the room came with an extra charge — which felt unnecessary for a hotel of this standard. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and quiet setting. We'd love to come back.
A Perfect Stay I spent 12 days in a Deluxe room at the Royal Marmin Boutique Hotel and everything was simply flawless. From cleanliness to service quality, from attention to detail to the elegance of the property, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel like a truly valued guest from the very first moment. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the stunning setting of Elounda. During my stay, I also used the spacious and well-equipped gym, which was a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the experience. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, this was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-level comfort, beauty, and hospitality.
The welcome, information, and check-in process were all very professional and friendly. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, but buggies and elevators make access easy. This was the third and final stop of our Crete trip. Based on this, I can't say the value for money was good. Paying 1.5 euros for a coffee capsule in the room is insignificant for those staying here, but I must say it doesn't look very appealing. The sea in the area is worse than other areas because it's located between two islands. The hotel beach is neglected and old. We didn't like our room. It was unusable and old, and we also had to constantly fight off spiders and cockroaches. Yes, the hotel is surrounded by nature, but this isn't the first time we've stayed at a hotel like this. This suggests that the pest control isn't done properly or effectively. Finally, I'd like to mention that the hotel's breakfast was varied and delicious.
